The Council voted to approve a contract between the City of Monroe and 3 C Inspect LLC to provide building inspection services, following a recommendation from the Finance and Taxation Committee. The resolution stated that a copy of the contract was attached to and made part of the committee report by reference; the Council moved, seconded and approved the contract on a roll-call vote.
