Levi Webster updated the Board of Public Affairs on sewer regionalization efforts, saying he is preparing cost estimates for ditch cleaning and sludge removal that will factor into regionalization decisions. Webster said officials have engaged the Rural Community Assistance Partnership (RCAP) to help finalize sewer rates in coordination with the Village of Attica.
