On Nov. 10, the Lincoln Parish Police Jury Finance Committee unanimously voted to recommend the Lincoln Parish Library's 2025 amended budget and its proposed 2026 budget to the full Police Jury after a presentation by Parish Treasurer Michael Sutton.

The Lincoln Parish Police Jury Finance Committee voted Nov. 10 to recommend acceptance of the Lincoln Parish Library's 2025 amended budget and the proposed 2026 budget to the full Police Jury. Parish Treasurer Michael Sutton reviewed both budgets and answered questions; Matt Pullin moved to recommend acceptance, and Chris Garriga seconded. The motion carried with YEAS: Lord, Pullin, Garriga, and Richards.
