Senator Justin Boyd called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. in Room B of the Statehouse MAC in Little Rock. Jennifer Brezee moved to adopt the April 1, 2026 meeting minutes (Exhibit B); Dr. Angela Scott seconded the motion and the minutes were approved. The transcript records that "the motion carried," but does not list a roll-call tally.
