Commission approves resolution to authorize school agreement

The commission approved a resolution authorizing execution of an agreement with the Granite School Corporation after legal counsel confirmed that approval of the resolution would also authorize execution of the underlying agreement. As Adam said in the meeting, "The approval of the resolution also authorizes execution of the agreement." A motion to adopt the resolution was made, seconded, and carried by roll call; each member on the electronic and in-person roster voted aye.
