Lynn Dugan, a volunteer and board member at Repie Boutique, told the DuPage County Board she was requesting a $30,000 grant to expand the nonprofit’s operations and improve how donations are processed. "Today, I'm requesting a grant for $30,000 to help expand our operation," Dugan said, describing a plan to acquire an adjacent 1,000-square-foot space that would add running water and storage capacity.
