Mayor Byrd moved and the council approved the recommendation to select MRB for Engineering Services for the FY2025 EDA Disaster Supplemental funds category (Economic Development and Recovery) and related grant program; Councilmember Cecil Sparks seconded and the motion carried unanimously. The selection was recorded at the Nov. 12 meeting.
