A commissioner (S3) told the board staff findings for planning and zoning items arrived at about 4:28 a.m. the previous day and said that timeframe did not allow adequate time to review or research constituent concerns. "I just don't feel comfortable voting on these today with the lack of information," S3 said, and moved to table the items.
