Board discusses fall patron and community surveys to guide facilities and programming

Trustees and staff reviewed packet references to multiple evaluation types — facility surveys, patron surveys, patron satisfaction measures and marketing evaluations — and clarified that no large-scale survey is scheduled yet. Staff said they are at the beginning stages and plan to assemble survey questions over the summer with the goal of launching in the fall (targeting October) when programming is quieter.
