Seward County adopts Resolution No. 3944 certifying road program compliance with state law
The County Board adopted Resolution No. 3944 on Aug. 11, 2026, authorizing the chair to sign the County Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards, citing Nebraska statutes 39-2115, 39-2119, 39-2120, 39-2121 and 39-2510(2).

The Seward County Board adopted Resolution No. 3944 authorizing the County Board Chairperson to sign the county’s Annual Certification of Program Compliance to the Nebraska Board of Public Roads Classifications and Standards. The resolution cites Nebraska statutes sections 39-2115, 39-2119, 39-2120, 39-2121 and 39-2510(2) and mandates returning completed original documents by Oct. 31, 2026 to avoid suspension of Highway Allocation funds.
