During old business on Aug. 12 the LCWCID No. 1 board discussed an unfulfilled contract for the Buffalo Springs waterfall project and possible legal action or hiring a new company. Director Ashley Ramirez moved to allocate $7,000 to Greg Thornton to complete the waterfall project; the motion carried.
