The Savannah R‑III Board of Education scheduled a work session for Thursday, Sept. 10 at 6:00 p.m. at the district central office to discuss finances and future planning; the regular Board of Education meeting will follow at 7:00 p.m. The chair announced the schedule during informational items and said there would be no closed session that evening.
