The Saint Croix County Community Development Committee unanimously approved an ordinance Aug. 13 to rezone a 40‑acre parcel at 2470 County Road E in Woodville (Town of Baldwin) from AG‑1 to AG‑2 to permit creation of a second lot and construction of a new home.
