Leet Township approves Youngblood Paving final payment and records net contract decrease
The Board approved final Pay Request #1 of $48,417.88 to Youngblood Paving for the 2024 Liquid Fuels Roadway Improvement Program and approved Change Order #2 reducing the contract by $20,537.42 after projected base repairs were not needed.

Engineer John Valinsky reported Youngblood Paving completed the Watson Street work and installed a speed table on Plum Street; he noted a minor ponding issue that will be corrected and that the projected base repair on Watson Street was unnecessary. The Board approved Pay Request #1 Final for $48,417.88 and approved Change Order #2 for a net decrease of $20,537.42 reflecting the reduced scope.
