The board approved a conditional‑use permit to allow cannabis cultivation in a hoop house on a parcel identified as PID 2036. Planning staff said the planning commission held a public hearing on July 9 and recommended approval subject to the conditions contained in the findings of fact. The applicant (Elijah Gist) was present; no public opposition was recorded during the board hearing.
