ACC finds two allegations against HCSO in case #26015 unfounded
The Administrative Charging Committee reviewed case #26015 from the Harford County Sheriff’s Office in closed session and recorded that Allegation #1 (Conduct Unbecoming) and Allegation #2 (Illegal Search) were both found "3-0 — Unfounded." Staff were assigned to finalize the determination and notify parties.

During the closed session on June 16 the committee conducted an administrative review of case #26015, submitted by the Harford County Sheriff’s Office. The record shows two allegations were considered: Allegation #1 for "Conduct Unbecoming" and Allegation #2 for "Illegal Search." Both were recorded in the minutes as "3-0 — Unfounded."
