Jim Werkowski reported that the Trex recycling program has changed and the Kinderhook Memorial Library will not continue collecting materials; he announced a tree-planting at Veterans' Park set for April 26 at 2 p.m., with six trees planned and coordination pending a Dig Safe check from National Grid. The group also held the first NRI Steering Committee meeting and will run an NRI Photo Contest led by Maria Ausherman and Steven Taylor.
