Commissioner Josh Powers moved to award written bid #WB26-02, Armstrong Creek stabilization (Comanche County District 1 eastern) to low bidder Sparks Construction in the amount of $20,000. Chairman Johnny Owens seconded the motion; Powers, Owens and Terry Partee voted aye and the motion passed.
