On July 21 the O'Brien County Board of Supervisors authorized the commencement of MidAmerican Windmill Repowering and appointed the County Auditor as the county's administrator for the project under Resolution 2026-30. The motion was moved by Friedrichsen and seconded by Thomas; the minutes record the vote as carried "by all ayes."
