Board approves three chicken site plans, one contingent on inspection
The board accepted chicken site plans for three properties: Kyle Laxson (341 2nd Street), Ashley Palmer (361 Bridge Street) and Carol & Wade Bertelsen (351 Bridge Street, conditional on an August inspection). Bertelsens said roosters and excess hens will be removed by end of July.

Trustee Cierra Rose presented three chicken site plans and the board approved each after brief review. The board accepted the plan for Kyle Laxson (341 2nd Street) — the coop will be placed to meet the required 25 linear feet from adjacent property lines — and approved Ashley Palmer’s application for 361 Bridge Street. "Motion to accept the Chicken Site Plan submitted by Kyle Laxson was made by C Rose; 2nd J White; 4 yes votes; motion carried," the minutes record.
