Administrator/Clerk-Treasurer Anastasia Stueber presented the proposed Performance Excellence Program intended for non-represented employees to align performance assessments, goal setting, coaching, and organizational objectives with the Village's H.A.L.L.I.E. Core Values. Board discussion addressed weighting of evaluation categories, simplified rating scales, SMART goals and supervisor documentation.
