Select Board extends Senior Work Off program, discusses payroll logistics

The Select Board voted 2-0 to continue the Senior Work Off Program with ten members after discussing how neighboring Blandford recently resumed a version of the program. Brian Forgue said he had spoken with Blandford's Council on Aging director and that Blandford's treasurer and accountant would likely handle payroll logistics. Keirsen, who offered to help manage program participant hours, said she believes the program is important and does not want seniors to lose it.
