Sewer operator reports low plant utilization, no sampling issues
City sewer operator Josh Taylor told the council the treatment plant ran at 19% capacity in November with an average flow of 0.039 MGD, 0.50 inches of rain for the month, and lift stations reported operating without issues; no sampling issues were recorded for October.

Josh Taylor, the city's sewer operator, briefed the council on system operations for November. "The plant operated at 19 percent capacity for the month of November and flowed an average of .039 MGD," Taylor reported; he added rainfall totaled 0.50 inches and that the onsite lift station at 211 Jones Road and lift stations 1'6 had no issues. The minutes record there were no sampling issues for October.
