City staff told the council Jan. 9 that Cedar Park holds three seats on the Capital Area Council of Governments (CAPCOG) General Assembly and that two seats were already filled. Council moved to appoint Councilmember Bobbi Hutchinson, Councilmember Heather Jefts and Councilmember Kevin Harris to fill the three seats; the motion was seconded and approved 7-0.
