The Cedar Park City Council on Jan. 9 approved a resolution authorizing a performance-based economic development agreement between the Economic Development Sales Tax Corporation of Cedar Park and ElementUSA Accelerator Inc. Arthur Jackson, the city's chief economic development director, briefed council on the company's planned relocation and the establishment of a research and development facility in the city.
