Board orders DL Barkie to redo unsatisfactory spraying work, requires better invoice documentation
After reviewing June photos, the board found mowing and spraying by DL Barkie unsatisfactory and unanimously required the contractor to redo specific areas; future invoices must include maps, photos, dates and chemicals used. HDR and the board attorney will develop an invoice form.

The board reviewed an updated Exhibit A rate sheet from contractor DL Barkie and photos of areas sprayed in June. Board members agreed the work was not satisfactory. Board member Travis Zablotney moved — and the board approved 5-0 — to require DL Barkie to redo certain areas and to require future payment requests to include maps, photos, dates and chemical usage information.
