Camden County unveils 'Human Firewall' phishing campaign and training results
An IT intern presented results of three phishing campaigns sent to about 260 county employees and recommended expanded, targeted training; staff said custom training reduced click rates and improved reporting in follow-up tests.

An IT department official introduced the Human Firewall Project and turned the presentation over to Sofia Harless, an intern who said her assignment included analysis, campaign development and recommendations to strengthen employee phishing awareness. “I’m Sofia Harless. I’m an intern with the county’s IT department,” she told commissioners.
