Walworth Planning Board approves site plan for Waters property at 4305 Cream Ridge Road
The Planning Board unanimously approved a conditional site-plan and SEQR determination for William and Kelly Waters, allowing a new single-family home on a lot that already contains another house, a barn and a standard septic system. Approval is valid for 180 days pending required revisions.
