The Chair recorded that Senator Nichols sent up a committee substitute for SB 1455 and recognized the bill author, Senator Hagenbuch, to explain differences between the substitute and the filed bill. Following the explanation, the committee adopted the substitute and moved that CSSB 1455 be reported back to the Senate with the recommendation that it do pass and be printed. The motion carried with a record vote of 10 ayes, 0 nays, 0 present not voting, and 1 absent.
