Tusayan advances Town Hall planning; CMAR RSOQ to be released
The Town Manager reported purchase of land for a new Town Hall and said a Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ) for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will be released to solicit contractors to collaborate on the project.

Town Manager Clifton updated the Council on the Town Hall project, saying the Town has purchased land for a new facility and that an RSOQ for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) will be released soon to solicit qualified contractors to work with the architect.
