The board opened an informational public hearing on a Community Solar PDD. Counsel and planning staff explained Part 2 of the Full Environmental Assessment Form (FEAF) and advised that updated DEC forms that take effect June 12 must be used, which requires an amended Part 1/2 submission. Planning reviewer Rebecca said the applicant resubmitted plans (most recently revised May 27) addressing prior comments, but a fire department review of access is still needed.
