The River Ridge Community Development District board ratified MRI Construction, Inc. Change Order Estimate #500 for price changes to Phase I and Phase II stormwater management projects in the amount of $150,786.09 on a motion by Kurt Blumenthal, seconded by Keith Merrill, "with all in favor." The change order reflects field-driven relocations of inlets and other adjustments that district staff and the engineer said were necessary after touring the site with homeowners to address standing-water issues.
