At its Nov. 19 meeting the River Ridge Community Development District swore in three newly elected supervisors and adopted Resolution 2025‑02 electing Bob Schultz chair and approving other officer positions; the vote to adopt the resolution was unanimous.

The River Ridge Community Development District on Nov. 19, 2024 administered the Oath of Office to supervisors Kurt Blumenthal (Seat 3), Terry Mountford (Seat 4) and Robert Twombly (Seat 5), and the board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 electing officers for the coming term. Mrs. Adams, acting as notary, presided over the oath administration and the board confirmed statutory training and disclosure obligations for the newly seated supervisors.
