During unfinished business the council moved to appoint Dave Whitlock as the town's zoning administrator. A council member proposed the appointment, saying "I'll make a motion we appoint Dave Whitlock as our new zoning administrator," and the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote with councilors answering "Aye" when called; the chair summarized the outcome as "Unanimous."
