The Board of Trustees for Borger Independent School District unanimously approved the 2025–2026 compensation plan on Aug. 27. During regular session, Trustee Gabriela (Gabby) Small moved to accept the plan; Trustee Devon Thompson seconded the motion and the minutes record that it "passed unanimously."
