The board considered qualifications for construction materials testing and inspecting firms and approved a resolution ranking bidders. Beyond Engineering was given the top (No. 1) ranking. The motion was made by Mrs. Jana Cook and seconded by Brandon Ireton and passed according to the meeting minutes.
