After reviewing enrollment, staffing, and special education needs, Minnewaska Area Schools administration told the board on Feb. 23 that it is not recommending program or position reductions for the 2026–2027 school year at this time.

Administration reported to the board that, following a review completed on Feb. 17, 2026, it does not recommend reductions or discontinuation of educational programs or positions for 2026–2027 based on current enrollment and needs. The review considered enrollment data, staffing needs, special education requirements, and student support services.
