The board approved a resolution acknowledging and accepting contributions and donations to the district, citing Minnesota Statute 123B.02 as the statutory authority that allows school boards to receive and apply gifts for the benefit of the district. Member Johnson moved to approve the resolution and Member Jamie Hillstrom seconded; the roll call recorded all members present voting in favor.
