Warden Beau Sneddon presented an amendment to the Smart Communications agreement. The amendment does not include a contract extension and retains tablet distribution at the existing level of one device for every three inmates. It sets a commission of $0.02 per minute for both phone and video calls and provides the prison a $30,000 commission for e-message and entertainment services.
