The Glendale Elementary School District Governing Board voted unanimously to appoint President Mike Martinez as the district's delegate to the Arizona School Boards Association (ASBA) delegate assembly scheduled for Sept. 9. A board member moved to name Martinez as delegate and the motion passed with all members voting "aye."
