Commissioners to review RISE board proposals Aug. 25; Planning Commission prepares special session
The county commissioners rescheduled an Aug. 25 meeting to hear RISE board proposals and public comment; planning staff said the Planning Commission/BZA may need a special September meeting (tentatively Sept. 15) to review any ordinance changes forwarded by the commissioners.

Staff told the board the commissioners rescheduled a meeting for Aug. 25 at 6:00 p.m. in the auditorium to review materials presented by the RISE board and to accept public comment. The staff member said, "That's when they're going to look at what the RISE board has presented to them, and take public comments." Brad Johnson and other members encouraged attendance and noted there may be modifications requested by the public.
