Scott Singleton, Plainfield’s Director of Engineering, told the Plan Commission that much of the corridor along Quaker Boulevard (formerly State Road 267) remains constrained by a limited-access right-of-way purchased during earlier highway projects. That status makes creating a new break for a residential development more complex than typical local road connections.
