The Ferris ISD Board voted unanimously to approve the Construction Manager at Risk (CM at Risk) delivery method and authorized the district to issue a request for qualifications (RFQ) for CM at Risk services. Trustee Richard Sasser moved for approval and Trustee Misty Koerkenmeier seconded; the motion carried with five yes votes.
