Planning Department staff (Paul Lambie) told the council there was one BZA case and three Plan Commission cases this month, with four new filings expected for the September meeting. The department is testing IWorq online submissions with a planned rollout in the next month or two, and revisions to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) and the Comprehensive Plan will be presented in an upcoming agenda.
