Bradley presented proposed increases to false-alarm response charges and garbage-collection services and recommended codifying current fire-hydrant flow testing provisions into Title 8 of the municipal code. He said the hydrant testing provisions had been passed previously by Ordinance 2018-15 and that codification would make them easier to reference.
