Council adopted two resolutions presented by the borough solicitor to revise zoning rules to permit and regulate data centers and ancillary uses while aiming to avoid exclusionary language; the motion to adopt was moved by James Jordan and seconded by Keith Erdley.

The Loganton Borough Council considered proposed revisions to the zoning ordinance to provide for data centers and ancillary uses in ways intended to withstand legal challenge while protecting residents' quality of life. Attorney Coploff presented two resolutions to implement the changes.
