The board reviewed the Route 41 Planning Study & Final Report and accepted the document by formal action. The minutes record that the board passed Resolution 02-2025 to accept the study "as submitted." Supervisor Lou Simone moved to accept the resolution and Gene Wier seconded; the vote was recorded as 2-0 for approval.
