The Lower Chanceford Board approved the final subdivision plan submitted by Pomraning during its Dec. 2 meeting. Zoning Officer Susan Wiley presented the plan and stated, "All fees have been paid." Supervisor Thomas Burchett moved to approve the final subdivision plans; Supervisor James Parlett Jr. seconded and the motion carried.
