Board approves one-year extension for RFP #24-010 after pulling it from consent; one trustee abstains
After pulling item 3 from the consent agenda, trustees approved a first extension of RFP #24-010 for one year with up to three additional renewals; Trustee Tiffany Guy abstained from that vote.

The board pulled Item 3 (First Extension of RFP #24-010 for Contracted Services & Related Products) from the consent agenda for separate consideration. When considered, Mr. Richard Clem moved and Mr. Mercedes Renteria III seconded the motion to approve the first extension of RFP #24-010 for one year with the option to renew for three additional years. The motion passed with Mr. Campisi, Mr. Clem, Mr. Martinez, Mr. Renteria, Mr. Sampson, and Mrs. Berrott-Tims voting in favor; Mrs. Guy abstained.
