Board accepts appraiser updates, reduces Gorman home assessment
After an informal hearing and an appraiser visit ordered April 21, the board adopted appraiser Sam Clark’s updates on reconvening and reduced the Gorman home BUILDING VALUE to $289,600 and OVERALL VALUE to $325,600.

Debra and John Gorman asked the Board of Equalization to correct room counts and other sketch details for their house (PID 5976). Debra provided an appraisal and comparables showing similarly built houses assessed lower; she said her house is only 94 square feet larger than three comparable homes.
